Hi Seniors, Now I am so confused, pls help me. I am newcomer of the current employer. HR Director directly recruited but now she was discarded because all the manager here don’t like her (she is also new). It means I have to go too. All the managers don’t like her way of management,also they don’t like her subordinate ( I am HR executive) Pls advise me what to do, I love the job, Maternity Leave -A Paid Leave?

Greetings professionals, I am working in a manufacturing unit(pvt ltd co)(50 employees working) as an HR executive. My problem is an employee is not doing his work properly. So I gave him a small counselling and after that he told that he will do his responsibilities without any fail. Hi all, Recently I got to learn from this cite that the EPF deductions can not be on any basic pay that is below the minimum wages. I have also read the orders of the High Court and the EPF Deptt. in this regard. In my Industry there are few employees falling under this category. She is on pay roll of the company as well as permanent. Now she is pregnant and applied for maternity leave. Her employer offered her 3 months leave with half salary.
