Subject: NOT GETTING PREPAID FACILITY ON CONVERSION FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID
I HAVE CONVERTED MY POSTPAID NUMBER (9833069741) TO PREPAID NUMBER ON 17TH MARCH.
MY CARD GOT STARTED IN 2 HRS AFTER SUBMITTING REPAID APPLICATION FORM.
AFTER TWO DAYS MY OUTGOING CALLS WERE BARRED SAYING THAT YOU HAVE TO AGAIN SUBMIT THE FORM.
I HAVE SUBMITTED THE FORM AND MY CARD WAS STARTED.
NOW I WANT TO ACTIVATE THE SCHEME OF CALLING FRIENDS AT 20P/MIN. I CALLED ON 8881 TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BUT THE COMPUTER REPLIES THAT THIS FACILITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PREPAID CUSTOMERS.
I ALSO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FOR THE SAME PURPOSE. THEY SAID THAT YOU CAN ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE AFTER 48 HRS.
ITS MORE THAN 8 DAYS I HAVE APPLIED FOR CONVERSION BUT STILL I GET THE SAME REPLY WHEN I CALL ON 8881
PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
