Dear Seniors, I am workong with a civil construction company where HSE department is formed a few weeks ago. In a small time period we have implimented good Safety procedures in our all Sites. Now i want to Highlight Safety in the market, which will help us to achive more contracts. Plese suggest me Tips to highligt my organaization’s Safety. PT Calculation for 2 Months Salary

Dear all, We have an employee to whom, we did not paid Jan 2011 Salary, hence there was no PT deduction for him in Jan. however, in the month of February, we are paying him 2 months salary (JAN & FEB). I would like to know, if PT will be deducted only for Feb month or we have to deduct for 2 months PT. Regards Sameer Require Format

I came to know how EPS is calculcated from the very lucid explanation given in the below link (same site) However, my question is: if the employee quits the company after, say, 5 yrs and joins another company, is the EPS share of the previous employer for the 5 yrs forgone? I read in an ET article that only the PF contribution from the employer is carried fwd and the EPS share from the employer is Loto
