Greetings All, I need ur valuable Suggestion on following : I was working with a Broking Firm (3rd may 2010 to 30th may 2011)in marketing dept., have got the confirmation on 15th of November. In Mid of Feb 2011 , hv got sm arguemnt wid my Reporting Officer, he held my Salary ,and hd givn the reason of "poor performance".i had continued my job , on 10th of May hv got the official notice from HR, wh How to survive in stress full environment

Greetings All, Our Organisation recruits huge number of employees every month. As a result the New Registration of IP in ESIC is necessary for them every month. But the problem is the entries have to be done on ESIC website one by one. Can anybody provide a solution that I can upload the data in a single sort as we do in submitting Monthly Contribution while uploading the data. Pls help. Greetings Sir As per ID act retrenchment compensation payable 15 day for every completed year of services. we are paying salary to staff for 30 days & 26 days to worker, Is is possible we can pay e Retrenchment compensation for 15 days(30/2) to staff or 13 days (26/2) to worker? I am working in a small software company and I am serving my notice period. I had mentioned the notice period of 1 month in my resignation but they are adamant on the notice period for 2.5 months(Company has 3 months notice rule). Since the start of my notice, they are over burdening me with work. The work culture here is very bad which is the reason I want to leave as there have been many cases i Want help on deciding whether salesmen on rolls are better or on commission basis
