On 11th May, 2010 the Honble' Supreme Court of India up-held the Constitutional validity of the well awaited National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
The landmark Cases are UNION OF INDIA Vs. R GANDHI, PRESIDENT, MADRAS BAR ASSOCIATION – CIVIL APPEAL No.3067 of 2004; & MADRAS BAR ASSOCIATION Vs. UNION OF INDIA – CIVIL APPEAL No. 3717 of 2005.
