Dear CSoC Registered Users
As you may aware that The Standing Committee on Finance has submitted it's Report on Companies Bill, 2009, and the New Companies Act is expected soon.
In the light of the above Articles are solicited from CSoC users on various aspects of Companies Bill, 2009 for posting the same in the CSoC Home Portal.
Specific articles / write-ups on CS in Companies Bill, 2009 are welcomed. You may have noticed that CS in the proposed new Law has been given much importance especially in following respects:
Recognizing CS as Key Managerial Personnel;
Secretarial Audit for Bigger Companies;
New Section for 'Functions of CS';
Adherence to Secretarial Standards;
CS recognized as Advisor to Board, and for Upholding Corporate Governance in Companies;
Widened Annual Return Certification (earlier Compliance Certificate);
The authors of articles must specify thei r Name, Qualification & Occupation. Due acknowledgements must be given for reference sources.
The articles in Word Doc File shall reach ce@csstudentsonlineclub.com on or before 20th October, 2010.
CSoC presently have more than 6,400 registered users, and the Club has been visited by more than 2,50,000 visitors all over India.
