In short this notification says that dont split Minimum Wages (Basic + DA) while calculating pf contribution basic wages or pf applicable wages. Greetings all, I our construction company, The storekeeper have cheated us with 900 Ltr. diesel i.e. Rs. 38,000 approx. He signed all credit memos of Petrol Pump. On 4th May he came and said to me that his father is very serious and he have to go to his house. I granted him a leave for the same. After leaving him from our site, Petrol Pumps manager asked to us for diesel amount to pay. But in our 6 sigma concept

Greetings Seniors, I would like to know about he ESI and PF and other statutory needs both for manufacturing and IT sector. What is the maximum slab for PF in both the sectors. How to delete the PF account if an employee resignes? Hi, I am associated with a small scale Industry in Punjab, we are facing lots of problems in retaining the skilled/unskilled labour. At the first place unskilled labour is not available the ones that are available are asking for more money than what we are paying the skilled labour....
