hi all seniors I am working in a small scale concern and our direct is in direct touch with all employees. there is a running issue that when ever any of the employee use to go on holiday, our employer become disetisfy and use to call again and again, above to that we use to deduct salary for every holiday, there is no holidays allowed in year. Sir/Madam, I am very confused with ths situation. Please help me. I am now unemployed and studying some professional course. I worked in a company for only four months. My PF and ESI deduction was Rs 924 and Rs 254 per month. I went to the HR Dept. of my company and asked for PF formalities. As per my company’s HR I can not withdraw my PF and it required minimum 6 month job in the company. H Long work hours and no work offs

My brother works at TCS as a network engineer. He is made to work long hours which sometimes go beyond 24 hrs as his supervisor/manager just want the work to be completed. The work never gets completed as they keep on burdening him with more and more work. They are also not recruiting more staff to distribute the work evenly. somedays he is required to stay back at office. He has not been given an About Office Politics

do you distribute an employee’s salary as per the month ? 30/31/28 days was surprised to know when a friend told me that an employee’s salary is distributed for the entire month. Example an employee’s salary is Rs.15,000pm then in the month of May his per day salary will be divided by 31 days =Rs.483/pm, but in April it will be divided by 30 days =Rs.500/-pm STRANGE ????
