Sir/Madam, I am very confused with ths situation. Please help me. I am now unemployed and studying some professional course. I worked in a company for only four months. My PF and ESI deduction was Rs 924 and Rs 254 per month. I went to the HR Dept. of my company and asked for PF formalities. As per my company’s HR I can not withdraw my PF and it required minimum 6 month job in the company. H

hello seniors my query about leave and deduction ours is mining co. our mgmt people telling 12 leaves ie 1 leave for month (but they hve nt mentioned type of leave) i joined to co. nov-2010. upto may-2011(from dec to may) include sunday i took 11 days leave , they deduct 5days leave in june month salary . about this i got unpleasent answer from my senior till they are not mtning any type of leave

In short this notification says that dont split Minimum Wages (Basic + DA) while calculating pf contribution basic wages or pf applicable wages. It means minimum pf applicable wages must equal to minimum wages (Basic + DA) or can be more than minimum wages. Regards, Parisa
