Hi Everbody, According to our leave policy, an employee is eligible to get 8 CL’s (on Pro rata basis as soon as he joines), 6 SL’s and 12 PL’s (Eligible only after completing 1 yr in the company). We follow the Financial Year. Now, the ques is if Somebody has joined in Aug-10, then once he complets 1yr then how his leave will be accumulated and caculated and from which month.
