CSoC Exclusive Copyrighted Contents Copied again....
The contents under celebrated CSoC Forum Topic "Exam Guidance, Study Guidance & Assistance" (from Members Only Area) has been copied and complied into a pdf file, and posted in a Portal, stating their copyright, without giving any credit / foot note / courtesy, which is a clear violation of CSoC Copyright. The said works are exclusive original work of CSoC Promoters, and copying & posting it in other club / portals (without giving any credits to CSoC), by stating their own work is in-justice.
As per the Club Executive, CSoC "Its shame to see such practices among corporate legal professionals, without respecting the IP Rights. The CSoC member who has done this in-justice act has been banned & suspended from CSoC. These works / posts are done for the benefit of students community, but no one should take un-due advantage on it."
The Club Executive further added that "We will surely remove any such copyrighted violated contents in the CSoC, if any one complaints. We will view it seriously, as we respect Indian IP Rights Laws.
