Hi HR Friends, In my company v calculate the salary for 30 days cycling. My doubt is in feb it is 28 days working so v have to calculate 28days r 30 days. Suppose if calculate for 30days then who will b benefited employee r employeer? Is there any act for this. please clarify. PF Withdrawal upon resignation : Upon resignation an employee can either withdraw or transfer his/her PF amounts at his desire. a) For Withdrawal : Inorder to withdraw the PF/ Pension funds you have to submit form 19 and 10 C preferably through your employer. Hi Friends, Here I am posting one good "Daily Attendence Sheet Formate" which helps in calculating the daily attendence of the employees in the small firms. You have to just put 1 in present days, c-offs and 0.5 in Half-days accordingly. While in beneficial leaves you have to manually calculate. Please go through the Legend for each beneficial leaves, offs, holidays, absent etc... Surely it will b P.F Amendments in 2011

Dear All, I want your opinion on the following querry: There is a Company in Pune, who pays supplementary allowance to all the Management staff as one of the component of salary. They deduct supplementary allowance on 1. Notice pay 2. Leave without pay They pay supplementary allowance for Previlege Leave, Casual Leave, Sick leave and for all the paid days.
