Dear All, I wanted to share an incident which happened today in our office. We have a common hand phone used for internal official purpose. One of our employee left the organisation 15 days before and his contact number was there in the phone and since he left the organization his phone was handed over to another person, but in the internal official phone his name was not changed. Dear All, I have one query regarding frequency of Fire Mock Drill to be carried out in a Factory. Till now we are conducting this after 6 month, but yesterday a auditor told us that as per Indian Local Law it should be carried out after each 2 month. Kindly clarify this doubt, also indicate the references of this rule. Thanks What is the latest ceiling for PF Act?

Dear All, I have read in many posts and magazines too regarding the wage ceiling of PF to be changed from 6500/- (Basic) to 15000/-(Basic) soon? dear seniors our is a small pvt ltd firm with only 3 employees (but a part of very large real state group), mumbai. we are into facilitily management (Service provider). Dear All, Here I am attaching the sheet, which may help you in calculation of Overtime. In the first sheet, you have to just put the In and Out time of the employee. Based on the working hours, you can list the overtime or the lacking of time in the mentioned collumn. While the another sheet helps in calculating the monthly Over-Time hours of the employees.
