Subject: SPAM Emails 101

Hi,

I found this one in my spam box while i was clearing my mailbox. So just taking a moment to pass it on. This is a perfect example of spam/phishing email. The guy here sent me an email saying that I'd receive 500 bucks once i complete the so called review by following to website link. In general cases you should not try and visit any such links without proper firewall and stuff. But this one here has a link to simple HTML page. It asks for your account information and stuff. And once you submit it also redirects you to the main site of Bank of India making it look more genuine. Free pointer before you give out sensitive info to any website.

1. Google the main web address of the website offering free stuff.
2. Crosscheck the email address the mail came from with the website address. Should make sense.
3. Do not press the forward button and spread the spam unless you don't make sure it actually works.
4. The last and main point "There are no FREE meals."

So well go ahead with the link at the bottom and enter random digits and stuff and submit it, just to piss of the guy who is collecting the info.
&
Please forward it to the people who you think are dumb enough to fall for this.
