HI Im a final year MBA student specializing in HR.I am going to get started with T&D soon. First up,i want to know that as a HR professional what do i need to know in Tand D.A list of topics would be really nice.(explanations of those topics would be nicer :) Secondly Can anyone suggest some good text book for T&D which will come in handy during interviews? I want to know can we designate an employee as Consultant.He will be given appointment letter and all terns & conditions will be as an employee but his designation only will be given as consultant like Financial consultant.He will also be covered under PF and ESI. Will it be classified as a consultant or Salaried person under IT. cl act form24
