Dear all, if New employee joined in april month and salary below 15,ooo. i will deduct ESI contribution every month.again increments will give to all,if particular person i.e april month joined person we will give increment and gross salary above 15,ooo.now shall i deduct the ESI contributionor not. Dear Friends, Recently Delhi HC has delivered a judgment in the case of Globe Detective Agency Pvt. Ltd. that even though bifurcation of MW into Basic & House Rent Allowance may be proper under MW Act but for the purpose of Payment of Bonus Act MW can’t be split up and Bonus has to be paid on total MW.
