Dear Members I don’t know anything about ctc calculation tomorrow my boss give me acalculation sheet for en employee the sheet describe Total monthly ctc 24495 In hand salary Basic 11000, hra 5500, conveyance 3000, medical 1500, other 1500 total in hand salary 22500. is this correct? Hi friends, I am working for 7 years in a small education company (in India) that was started in the year 2004. This company head office is registered in USA, but its branch (so called) in India is not yet registered. This company has no office name board. This company had 17 employees in the beginning. Assume: Current company = X, New company = Y, New company in future(after Y) = Z I have resigned from my current company X and they are by any means not ready to negotiate the notice period of 2 months. And the new company Y cannot wait for me more that 1 month. I resigned on 25-April-2011 and my notice period ends on 25-June-2011. Whereas new company has given me the joining date of 25-May-2011. Dear All, Im Ganesh Working in Small Scale Manufacturing company as a HR. As of now there is no HR department is setup by the employer but now he wants to setup a HR dept. We having two factory one in Gujrat and one in Mumbai, we are total 31 employees. In Mumbai we are 18 employees. As of now we not practicing the PF, ESIC, not even we are giving salary slip to employees also there is no Identity Starting a home based business
