Dear All, We have an employee in our company who has misplaced his Appointment letter. He has requested the HR dept to issue a new letter for him. Should I give the original letter (on main letter head) or the office copy will do? This is the rare case and I have never come across such thing in the past. Dear All, I got my PF Amount in the Dec 2010 from my Previous Employer and as per the rules I have Filed the Form 19(PF) and as well 10C for EPS withdrawal. Issue: The Previous Employer Stating that the EPS Claim Takes 10 - 12 Months, I want to Know the Exact TAT According to the EPS Act.
