Here in my company the way the salary has been calculated looks suspicious to me. Because, when I new employee is joining in my company we will ask for his previous CTC and we will increase some 20% to 30% in his previous CTC and offer him. Dear Senior, Our company follows the rule as mentioned below 21 Days Earned Leave divided by 12 month = 1.75 days leave per month only. And no other leaves follows. And incase there is 1 absentism every month, then this 1.75 days leave goes off ( no payment is given in absentism and neither leave is given) Is this the right way, does any other firms follow this or this whole and sole this compnaie Need new contract format - Help me out

Dear Seniors, Please help m e out. My MD wants me to draft a contract agreement for an external agent. I have given him a couple of contact agreement formats used in India. Dear HR Members, Can any one suggest me on maternity benefit. 1. If woman is not covered under ESI act what will be the eligiblity criteria for availing Maternity benefit act. 2. It is possible to give maternity benefit like pay after the return to work. 3. Then what will be the pay method, it should be full salary including variables. or only the basic pay. Hi, I have learned that according to sixth pay commission, maternity leave for state, central govt. and civil/civic service employees has been extended to 6 months/180days. My mom is teacher with govt. school and they have revision in maternity leave for 6 months, whereas I work in private organization where policy states only 3 months leave. I contacted HR and they said policy would be revised in Organziation structure chart formats

The provident fund contribution was fixed at 10 per cent of salary with effect from 17th May 1989 and remained at 10% till 21 9.1997. The epf scheme was launched on 16.11.1995. what was the employer’s contribution to Pension Fund from 16.11.1995 to 21.9.97? Please elaborate. regards, Kwatra |
