Dear Friends, My Company is into manufacturing of Electric Control Panels and is pune based. We shall be recruiting a sales person for mumbai region , but we don’t have a office in Mumbai . Can anybody tell me as an HR person what all things(before recruiting and after recruitment ) i need to keep in mind while recruiting a person for outstation. The recruited person is supposed to work from

we are covered under F p F scheme and are regular in all compliance; I want following clarifications A) We have two type of employees One Regular employess and we contribute E P F as Employeer Share @ 12% of Full wages erraspective to maximum celkling of wages i.e Rs. 6500. ( Say if the wages of regular employees is above Rs 6500 means if 30000 we contribute 3600 as employees share for our regular

Dear All, I was working for a MNC company for the past 20 months. I had resigned and served the notice period also. My company is not issuing the relieving letter and experience letter. They are saying that it will come after a month with the F&F . Is this the right thing for them to do? Can i take any legal action for the same ?? How do i apply for my PF ? What is the criteria after resignation ?
