Dear Senior, Our company follows the rule as mentioned below 21 Days Earned Leave divided by 12 month = 1.75 days leave per month only. And no other leaves follows. And incase there is 1 absentism every month, then this 1.75 days leave goes off ( no payment is given in absentism and neither leave is given) Is this the right way, does any other firms follow this or this whole and sole this compnaie Need new contract format - Help me out

Dear Seniors, Please help m e out. My MD wants me to draft a contract agreement for an external agent. I have given him a couple of contact agreement formats used in India. As he is from UK he doesnt feel confident about the way they are drafted and wants something more to be included. Please suggest me a good contract template for the same. I am to give presentation on stress to software developers.They felt that they have lots of stress of work but in reality they dont have from any side even they never meet their deadlines on time. Because of them company has lost important projects. The provident fund contribution was fixed at 10 per cent of salary with effect from 17th May 1989 and remained at 10% till 21 9.1997. Hi, I work in a small company comprising of 20 people. My salary is 1.8 L pa. Inspite of working in this company for 2 years, my salary has not increased. I spoke to the company owner that when I change my job, they should give a fake payslip stating that my salary is 3.5 Lpa. He agreed to it. My question is: - can this be done? - can I trust my Boss to give me fake payslip? - will I be facing any salary structure type
