Dear Seniors, In my organisation, we have a practice of calculating the working days from 1st to 30th and paying salary by 10th of next month. I want to ensure that the salary is disbursed by the last working day of the same month and hence I have proposed to change the calculation of working days from 1-30th to 21st to 20th (New dates). I have introduced this process in the middle of the existing paid holiday

Hi, I had a gd/pi call from TISS but i could not convert.. besides my CAT & MAT scores are not all that great.. CAT= 59 percentile & MAT= 65 percentile with composite score of 590. hello seniors This is ruban completed MSW and searching for a job. I attended one interview and they told me to prepare ctc for 300000rs P.A and the basic want to be 7000Rs. My doubt is in CTC calculation we should consider employee and employer contribution IN CTC and is the percentage for D.A.
