Hello CiteHR Anchors/ Members, Please help me in below mentioned case. My brother was working with one of the small pvt ltd logistics company. They had offer him only 4000 PM Salary without any benefit under PF, ESIC etc nor given any offer letter. After completion of 1month he quite the job & informed to respective members but they asked to serve the 15days notice period where due to health issue Working Days as per Labour law

Dear Seniors, I would like to have a favour from you in sharing some of your knowledge to us. AS per labour law, there should be 26 working days. In months where there are 31 days and if the no. of Sunday is 4, then the working days become 27. Can we show 27 days in the Salary/ Wages Salary? Again in a month of 30 days, if there are 5 sundays, the total working days become 25. Is it ok to show 25 how we do shortlised candidate for any suitable post

Hi Seniors, In my office all the sites are blocked including citehr.. when i asked for the access they say write a letter mentioning the benefit of citehr and this letter will go to the Director and then he would decide. therefore i request u to plz send me the letter format to convince the management and m also working in the HR dept of the org.,, just in case this can help...
