Hey All, This happened with one of a close friend....recently... He joined a company as Sr. Manager, which required to shift his base from Delhi to Chandigarh, and gladly he did so.. Few days(15 days to be precise) after he joined the company, he was asked to renegotiate the salary as the Management believed that the new project will not bring in many profits as they initially thought. Hi All, In 2006, I was working with ICICI on the payroll of MAFOi and left the org. after 11 months. As I was new to the job at that time, I did’nt collect any of the relieving documents or forms. Now, I am having my old salary slips and PF account no. with me, but the MAFOI office has been closed in that location. Please suggest how can I withdraw my this PF amount. Dear All, I have a querry related to PF, If an employee is a member of PF scheme changed his name, What to do in this case. Like what are the process & forms one has to fill for the same to change his name in account. Dear Friends Some Comapnies following Salary structure which is having CTC which includes PF employee and Employer contribution borne by the Employee. What about ESI, - Esi employee contribution is 1.75% and Employer Contribution is 4.75% but Employee contribution is deducted from his salary. If CTC means ESI Employee and Employer contribution is also includes? Plz clarify me where the ESI employe Pay attention at work place
