Good Morning, If any employee completed 10 years of service working with more than one organization and getting PF (pension contribution) transferred from previous to new organization, is he/she will be entitled for the pension? What is the minimum or maximum basic is required to be availing this benefit? Regard’s Shishir Employee request on PF exemption.Please advice

Dear All, One of our employee, who has joined organisation 2days back, has put in a request for voluntry exemption from PF, reason being that he already has made investments totalling to Rs 1Lakhs. Company is depositing an equal 12%of individuals basic, and does not want to allow exemption of this nature. My questions are, 1. If company turn down this exemption request,can there be any legal compl To ask MD for increment for all staff

Dear Seniors, I am working in a telecom sector as HR Exec. I am the only HR here. March has already been passed and all the employees are asking me about their increment. I have verbally reminded MD about increment for all staff a month ago, but still no action has been taken. There is not so much formal procedures in our company. Its like an open door policy. Hi Friends, I have big problem plz help me in this by giving me suggestions. Iam working in govt IT comp where we get a consolidated salary through a govt consultancy. In our salary we dont have any deductions expect p.Tax. Hi, I work for a Guragon company. I’ve made to resign I was forced to transfer and work for a payment less than the current. Now i’ve put down my paper. After a long followup and calling them many times they finally done my F&F and now they are not giving me the reliving letter. They are also not responding for my mail and not processing my PF.
