Dear All, My father left his job 11 yrs before, and he got back his PF amount, now he is a businessmen and wants to claim Family Pension. He is 54 yrs old . Do he has to fil Form 10C and apply for availing pension from his previos employer or there is some diffrent procedure for availing pension. How long it takes to start the pension amount. Our company gave an increment to employees for the year 2010-2011 in 2011 ,after which the basic salary got increased .I want to know how to calculate PF arrears for both employees and employers for the Year 2010-2011. Example: X employee basic salary difference (Arrears) for the year 2010-2011 is 1000*12 =12000/- Qstn:What will be the PF amount paid by Employee? Ans:1440/- Q

But in saudi arabia it is done by safety oficer /safety supervisor itself. (in saudi my company its a third rate company safety is just for a show only) what about in india whose responsibitity is this to conduct safety tool box talk/tool box meeting .
