Hi everybody, Recently, we hired a candidate in our organization (xxxxx) and the date of joining was the very next day. The candidate came next day but without documents to which, one of the HR Managers at xxxxxx spoke to him very roughly. So the candidate sent a mail which I have copied and pasted below. Hello Seniors, We are doing PF deductions to the only those whose salary is less than 6500/-. Employer and Employee equally contribute the PF. But those who are above 6500/-, for them employer not contributing any amount and the employee will have their interest to contribute the PF voluntary from his/her salary. If interested entire 24% will be deducted from their salary itself. In this situation How to improve my english skill fluently

I have recently been looking at most of the "certified" courses out there, especially train the trainer courses and found only a handful that actually have any credentials behind them. So what is a certification if it is not substantiated by a body that says the certification means something? Does anyone know of accredited train the trainer certifications? Dear All, My wife was working for a well reputed IT company as a HR and and she was on contractors pay roll. She had signed 3 months contract with them and had to quit just before 8 days her contract was about to get over.
