I have a question that if an employee is not performing and company decides to take resignation of employee with immediate effect and accepting the resignation of the employee, relieving employee on same day. I want to know how to calculate basic on gross salary. My gross pay is Rs.17450/-. (its excluding LTA & Medical of Rs.1150/- per month). My basic as per my gross is Rs.6900/- , is this correct? also let me know basic is on gross salary excluding LTA and medical benefits. Greetings All, I’m working for as HR in a manufacturing firm - had certain queries about contractual staffing: We have 15-20 workers working on company contract (not through contractor but directly with us).
