Greetings professionals, I am working in a manufacturing unit(pvt ltd co)(50 employees working) as an HR executive. My problem is an employee is not doing his work properly. So I gave him a small counselling and after that he told that he will do his responsibilities without any fail. But the same problem continues and I am getting complaints from almost all employees about him. after that I scold Looking for Change of job in HR Generalist

Hi, I left my company in November 2010 and received my last two months salary as full and final settlement in January 2011. But the amount i received in the full and final settlement are not included in the Form 16 i have received from them. Ideally there should not be any refund, but if i use my form 16 to file it return i am getting a refund of 3000. But i am afraid it may look like fraud. Shoul Salary

Hi Everyone, I am working as a HR Executive in a Non IT company in Chennai and i have overall 5.5yrs of exp and in that intial 3yrs i was in recruitment (IT) and then 2.5yrs exp as a Generalist, i have done my BBA and i am the only HR in my company so you know i have to handle all the activities. Greetings Sir, whether there is any limitation for Staff Cadre on the amount of basic in a CTC that it should not be less than the Minimum Wages prevailing in the indusrty. for example : CTC Amount : 7000 per month Basic Amt (40% of CTC ) : 2800 /- < which is lesser than the current MW> HRA Amt (40% of Basic) :1120/- Conveyance fixed : 800/- Special Allowance :1343/- Monthly Gross :6063/- Note : U Aptitude test with an answer key

I want to know how to calculate basic on gross salary. My gross pay is Rs.17450/-. (its excluding LTA & Medical of Rs.1150/- per month). My basic as per my gross is Rs.6900/- , is this correct? also let me know basic is on gross salary excluding LTA and medical benefits. HR Deptt. says for easy entry in Tally they made round figure of basic as well as LTA & Medical Rs.575/- each per month. Pl clar how to measure effectiveness of job rotation

I was working for a software company on a third party pay roll.My employer is pune based company and i was working in Bangalore. I left the company since January of this year.But my employer is not giving my salary.Its already 6-7 months happen.My employer told me that the software company is not giving approval, but they send me the salary slip.Will you please suggest me how i get my salary ? |
