Hi I work for a logistics company joined in April and on May 2 management in a meeting told to do hard core sales, 12th may given a target of 1.5 cr monthly billing by me was the target given as an individual whereas the company’s monthly billing is 40-45lacs per month, can they give this huge target to me where my ctc is 8.5 lacs per annum. 2nd I started going out for sales whereas in my en Plastic Waste (Management & Handling) Amendment Rules notified on 2.7.2011

There is a new method I came across w.r.t. leaves. This is called a sandwich of leaves if the weekend falls during the leave period applied by a person. If I am entitled to take 9 leaves (earned leaves) and if applied on a friday and resuming work on the following tuesday, weekends come during the period.
