Yatra.com made some changes in the way they track our day to day transactions. Due to this, some transactions which were made on Yatra.com by our users, between the dates April 1st 2011 and April 5th 2011, were missed. And, because of this we could not identify who actually bought flight tickets on Yatra and are unable to give them money.
Our sincere apologies for this mistake and will make sure not to let this kind of problems happen again. Usually, we add free mobile recharge incentive to our user accounts, within a day or two, after the flight ticket is bought. In case, if you haven't got money for any of your transactions, which were made after April 5th, please send us an email to customercare@amulyam.com
