Hi Friends. Just wanted to confirm.. In ESIC implemented in our organization is as follow:- Employee contribution- 1.75 % of Gross Total Wages Employers contribution is 4.75%. this 4.75% percent is taken of which amount? and this 1.75% and 4.75% is applicable to all other manufacturing firm too or it differs?
